Uh. I saw this commercial this morning, and even though Rufus has slightly more refined tastes than Pedigree will satisfy, I suddenly want to buy all the Pedigree I can fit in my car and then go to the closest animal shelter and SAVE ALL THE DOGS. And give that shelter all the money in my bank account while I'm at it, and then tell everyone I know to do the same, because this should never, ever happen to any dog ever.
Also, I cried.

I've seen that commercial too and it makes me want that puppy SO BADLY!

Oh holy crap that commmercial breaks my heart. I almost want to not watch TV because of that commercial.

Oh, man, this commercial gets me everytime. I just want to take the little one-eyed dog and hug it, and love it, and take it home with me. Poor little one-eyed dog, i'll love you.

I'm not even going to watch this. I know I will rush out and adopt like 5 dogs. I already want to save every puppy in the world.

i have never cried watching a commerical, but i just did. and i cant stop! oh gosh, i shouldnt of watched that.

I bawled in this exact same ad. There's a kitty one too, although not from Pedigree. ;)
Makes me want to adopt a pup even more, sad I can't do it for a few more years.

I hate that it's David Ducovny who does the narration in these ads. I expect the puppy to somehow become an alien puppy and kill us all. Thanks, X Files.

I know! I just saw this ad for the first time today and it made me feel like a terrible person for not adopting a pet right now.
